RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL
Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods. The Customer must carry out the procedure for the return authorization request in the MY ACCOUNT area, if the order was placed as a registered user, or in the REQUEST A RETURN section, if the order was placed as a ‘guest’.
The return must be made according to our procedure, by DHL EXPRESS courier and with the shipping labels provided by us. The pick-up can be booked online following the instructions provided in the e-mail confirming the return request or through the DHL EXPRESS Call Centre. The return shipment must be entrusted to DHL EXPRESS after booking a collection by courier, as drop-off service at DHL Express Service Points is not available.
The goods must be sent to the following address: FFW S.r.l C/O BUTTERO, Corso Garibaldi 113, 20121, Milano, IT. The customer must return, at his own risk and responsibility, to the above address, the purchased Items intact and complete (including the original packaging), no later than 14 days from receipt of the products purchased. Solely for the purpose of calculating expiry of the above mentioned 14 working days, the Products are intended as returned at the time at which they are delivered to the courier. The right to withdraw may be exercised in respect of the entire Product purchased and may not therefore be exercised in respect of a part of the single Product.
The right of withdrawal only applies to products purchased on this site, therefore returns of items purchased from physical retailers or third parties will not be accepted.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
- Each item must have all original tags, packaging and accessories received with the order. Shoes and accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which are considered integral parts of the products and cannot be damaged and/or altered in any way.
- Swimwear and undergarments (bikinis, briefs, swim trunks etc.) must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed or if the items have any sign of use or wear.
- Customized items cannot be accepted for return.
- Returned items must be handed over to the courier already packed to limit any possible damage to the merchandise.
- In case the Customer receives defective goods, or in case errors occur in the items shipped by FFW S.r.l., it is necessary to contact our customer service by e-mail and await instructions before proceeding with the return. FFW S.r.l. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective or incorrect goods and to bear the shipping costs and eventual import duties for the return of the goods to their own facilities.
- FFW S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse returns sent with couriers other than DHL EXPRESS unless authorized by customer service. The authorization must be requested by customer service by e-mail.
- Returns must be made by carefully following all return instructions provided to the customer in the e-mail confirming the return request. In case of non-receipt of such e-mail, the customer may request our customer service by e-mail to forward it again. In no way may FFW S.r.l. be held responsible for returns made not following our guidelines.
- All returned items are subject to re-entry inspection and must respect the parameters listed in the return policy.
- FFW S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or are not carried out in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Upon verification of the integrity of the product (as stated in the General Terms and Conditions), the amount paid for the item(s) will be reimbursed, while shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will be retained FFW S.r.l. In all cases where withdrawal is not lawfully and validly applied by the Customer, FFW S.r.l. will return the Product to the Customer, at the Customer's own risk and expense; the Customer is also responsible for arranging the collection of the goods from our warehouse within 15 days following notification of non-acceptance of the return. In case the returned Products result damaged during transport for return to FFW S.r.l., the Customer will be promptly informed by FFW S.r.l. of the damage detected, in order to allow the Customer to inform the courier and assert his rights against the latter and, at the same time, the Products damaged during transport will be returned to the Customer, at the Customer's own risk and expense. Should withdrawal be exercised in accordance with the provisions of current legislation, FFW S.r.l. shall reimburse the amounts paid by the Customer. Reimbursement shall take place free of charge as quickly as possible and, in any case, within fourteen working days of the date on which FFW S.r.l. became aware of the Customer's having exercised his right to withdraw. FFW S.r.l. will not notify you of the receipt of delivery to its warehouse. Customers can check for successful delivery with the courier entrusted with the return shipment. The customer will receive an automatic email notification from our bank confirming the reimbursement of the payment by FFW S.r.l. within the 14 working days provided. FFW S.r.l. is not responsible for the time required to reimburse the payment, which is fully regulated by the issuing companies of the selected payment method.
